He has a new blog that is really neat. It gives more insight into who he is and what he is really like off-screen. He has had some controversial postings lately. The posts describing his and his partners brutal rape at the hands of an alleged Iraq war Captain raised quite a stink. Many people thought it was a hoax to promote him. It turns out it was for real. I've seen the actual police reports that were posted by the Dallas Police Department.
On a side note, his description of how he and his boyfriend were treated by the DPD is pretty much typical. I only know of one police department in the state that knows how to deal with male rape properly (and takes it seriously). Also, the fact that they were charged at the hospital for the rape kits just add insult to injury. How many women are charged for the kits when they are tested?
I have to say that Mason has some balls (and I don't mean literally, although they are nice). Most guys would not come forward and admit they had been raped, much less write about it for the whole world to read on their blog.
I didn't know Mason lived here in Texas until I read his blog. In fact, until recently, he only lived about 30 miles from me. Now he's moved to Houston. :-( I guess I'll just have to be satisfied watching his videos. Did I mention he's hot??

There is now overwhelming evidence that Mason's rape claim is indeed fake. Besides the constantly shifting versions of events, and the earlier attempts to post forged police reports, there is now conclusive proof that his "black eye" rape injury photo is a Photoshop fraud...but don't take my word for it, look at the facts and judge for yourself:

The police reports posted on line do not list the victim's personal information out of respect for their privacy. The versions that were posted by Marcus, which had certain information blocked out, were the copies that are given to the victims.
As for the photos, I'm no expert on whether or not they may have been Photshoped. It could be that in keeping with trying to protect their privacy when it happened, pictures that may not have been taken at the time were posted. I don't know.
But, male rape is something that is far under-reported in our country. As someone who has experienced it myself, I tend to give them the benefit of the doubt. I never reported it to the police. I was ashamed that I let it happen and was fairly certain that the local police wouldn't do anything about it anyway.
